Monday 4:00 to 5:00
Tuesday 9:00 to 10:00 and 4:00 to 5:00
Each student will start at the beginning level and will move up once they have mastered the basic apparatus handling skills.
Monday and Tuesday 5:00 to 7:00
Friday 6:00 to 8:00
Involves more training and time spent in the gym. This is where things start to get more exciting and challenging. At this level we start working on bigger toss and catches with our apparatus. There will also be a focus on strength and deeper flexibility training. It is highly recommended to take a concurrent ballet class at this level. Students must have already completed a Level 2 class or been tested by the coach before signing up for this level.
Stretch and Conditioning
Friday 5:00 to 6:00
This class focuses on improving flexibility and strengthens the whole body. This will also increase muscle stamina for longer holds in arabesques and tilts. We will be working on splits, back flexibility, and much more. This class is open to everyone including gymnasts, dancers, yogi, or ice skaters!
